General Shop Policies: 

• Limit of 2 pins per design per person unless otherwise explicitly stated. 
• All sales and purchases are final. No refunds, or exchanges.
• Buyers are responsible for knowing what they are purchasing. Please make sure to know what flaws MAY exist in the pin you are buying by referring to the Pin Grading System in the Shop Information tab. The Seller is not responsible to replace and/or refund a product that has errors that are listed in this grading policy. 
• Shipping worldwide, so long as the buyer pays the required extra shipping amount.
• Packages will be shipped out within a week of purchase date unless otherwise stated. (In the event that this occurs, updates will occur on Instagram at @TyMasterpieces)

 

Pin Grading System

Please note, all pins sold in my shop are handmade items. A perfectly "flawless" pin is near impossible due to the nature of the pin-making process. Below is a guide to how I grade each of my pins:

• A Grade: Also known as standard grade, or presale grade. These pins have no visible flaws to the blind eye. Small polish blemishes may be seen with a light source, but no flaw can be seen while holding at arms length.

   

• A- Grade: (Minor Flaw 1) Pin may have one or two slight imperfections such as *small* surface scratches, enamel dips, pricks, etc. Flaw may also simply be a wiggly post. Nothing on the face. Does not take away from the pin's overall beauty.

   

• B Grade: (Minor Flaw 2) Pin may have multiple slight imperfections, usually in the background OR one very minor facial flaw. These flaws include larger surface scratches, enamel dips, pricks, bubbles, or specks. Does not take away from the pin's overall beauty. 

   

• C Grade: (Major Flaw) Pin may  have a more visible facial flaw OR a multiple flaws. These flaws include larger surface scratches, enamel dips, pricks, bubbles, specks, misprinted screenprint, or missfilled enamel (in a minor area).

Badly damaged pins will never be sold, and will never make their way into the public.

The back of the pin is not considered in the grading process, unless it doesn't have a post or the post is so badly damaged that it can not be displayed.
